The accommodation has a nice proportion with new and comfortable furniture throughout. Our trendy Hoole suburb is also close by with gastropubs, eateries and independent shops to browse. If your travelling for business we have business broadband installed for you as well as great links to Chesters major train station and our world-famous Zoo.

The Space:
This classic terrace home has a great cosy feel. A nice corner sofa and smart TV on the wall, a smart glass table and smart chairs in the dining room as well as free broadband and a fully equipped kitchen. We offer a double room and a twin room that’s easily converted to an additional double as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge. There’s a great opportunity to stroll into Chester Via the canal and Hoole is just around the corner too.

Guest Access:
You can access our whole house for the whole duration of your stay.

We have a dedicated guests service team that are with you seven days a week so your well looked after if you have any questions during your stay. We also have our very own maintenence and cleaning teams.

Any special requests (bed configuration e.g. king beds to two single beds, sofa bed set up, travel cot, high chair set up) have to be requested at least 48-72 hours before your check-in date and are subject to availability. Please note: This property is Pet Friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend, please let us know at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100.00 will be required incase of any damage, enhanced cleaning etc. Once the cleaning team has been and inspected the property, and confirmed no damage, your deposit will be refunded.
