Keys are stored in a lockbox outside the apartments. We’ll send you the access information and instructions the day before you arrive. We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. If you need any assistance or guidance our dedicated Guest Services team is ready to assist.
Please note: This property is Pet Friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend, please let us know at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100.00 will be required incase of any damage, enhanced cleaning etc. Once the cleaning team has been and inspected the property, and confirmed no damage, your deposit will be refunded.
